Tasty tomato pasta

Ingredients
For the tomato sauce
½ cup water
½ tsp sugar
5-6 tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp onions, chopped
½ tbsp garlic, chopped
4-5 basil leaves
Salt to taste
Olive oil for sautéing
For the pasta
110 g pasta
Water as necessary
A pinch of salt
Process
1. Warm up water in a vessel. Period it with salt and sugar and boil the tomatoes in it. Cool and then grind it to a puree.
2. In a divide pan, high temperature the olive oil and sauté the chopped onions and garlic in it.
3. Add the tomato puree and cook till it reduces to half.
4. At the moment add the basil leaves and check the seasoning. Keep aside.
5. To prepare the pasta, heat water in excess of high heat, add salt and as it begins to boil, blend in the pasta.
6. Stir straight away to avoid the pasta from sticking to each other. Exhaust and transfer it into a bowl.
7. Now blend in the pasta with the pureed mixture and let it boil for five minutes.
8. Serve up hot.
